The Team

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our internal finance team of fourteen professionals spanning Southeast Asia and Australia. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance for Australia, you will own the end-to-end accounts payable service for the Australian business, while working closely with AP colleagues across the SEAA region to provide broader support and coverage as needed. This is a great opportunity to build deep AP expertise within a fast-paced, high-volume finance function, gain regional exposure, and develop the skills needed to progress within A&M;'s finance team.

How You Will Contribute As Accounts

Payable Executive, you will be responsible for: Processing all vendor invoices and ensuring appropriate approvals have been obtained

Ensuring all costs are posted to the correct GL code and relevant SBU(s)

Onboarding new vendors and performing all relevant checks

Managing all vendor and staff expense payments as well as intercompany transfers, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are made from the correct bank account

Daily matching of all bank payments in Agresso

Reconciling all vendor statements





Posting reclassification journals as required

Communicating key payments to project teams, EAs and Office Managers

Working closely with EAs, Office Managers and GESS staff to educate and provide training/assistance on A&M;'s AP processes Qualifications 2-4 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or broader finance administrative role

Consistent high attention to detail and accuracy

Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced finance teams

Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines

Ability to self-manage based on standard business AP cycles and provide input to improve processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate to senior members of the business

Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
