- Develop your experience in the use of Xero and become a subject matter expert for upcoming projects What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full accounts payable cycle: invoice processing, coding,



and approvals
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to swiftly resolve payment queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end close activities
- Processing corporate credit card and bank reconciliations
- Supporting intercompany journals and a range of general finance duties
- Maintaining meticulous AP records to ensure compliance and support audits What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles
- Solid understanding of AP processes and financial systems - bonus points for Xero experience!
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel and finance software
