Temporary Accounts Receivable Associate | Part time | Belrose

We're on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join a high-performing, global medical devices business based in Belrose, supporting their Finance team through a busy stretch from August 2026 to April 2027. This is a part-time, temporary role (3-4 days per week, onsite) perfect if you're after that better work-life balance without stepping away from meaningful, hands-on finance work.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping on top of outstanding receivables and following up overdue accounts
- Applying customer payments and reconciling accounts
- Chasing down billing discrepancies, short payments and credit issues
- Helping pull together monthly AR aging reports and collection updates
- Supporting month-end close, including AR reconciliations and reporting
- Keeping AR records neat, accurate and audit-ready
- Working closely with internal teams to sort out customer queries
- A Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent tertiary study)
- At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similar
- Confident across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
- The ability to work independently and pick things up quickly
- Immediate availability — this one's ready to go!
