Description
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring financial records are maintained to a high standard.
- Processing receipts and supporting daily banking activities.
- Investigating and resolving customer account queries.
- Maintaining accurate records across finance systems and spreadsheets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to support timely billing and revenue recognition.
- Assisting with reporting and account reconciliations.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Profile
- Experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- A sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
