The Company
Our client is an established facilities management organisation that has been around for decades. They have long-standing clients that include many instantly recognisable names. They are on the hunt for an all-rounder to support their bookkeeper & office manager.
The Role
Reporting to a supportive Bookkeeper, your duties will include;
- Preparing and processing customer quotations
- Invoicing customers
- Answering incoming calls
- Admin support for the Account Management/Sales team
- Maintain customer records, pricing and account information
- Assist the Bookkeeper with AP and AR administration
Your Background To be considered for this Administration and Accounts position you will need:
- Customer service or administration background
- Experience with basic invoicing - AP and AR
- Inventory industry exp (orders, quotes, warehouses etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with customers daily
- Australian Citizen or PR
