Fernwood Fitness Rockdale is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the person who keeps our administration running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our members and supporting our marketing activities.

About the Role
Working approximately 15-20 hours per week, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks including:
- Member administration and account management
- Preparation of reports for the director and staff updates
- Daily staff info updates
- Reception and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phones, emails and member enquiries
- Processing memberships, payments and membership changes
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with social media content, scheduling and engagement
- Supporting club promotions, events and marketing campaigns
- General office administration and assisting the management team
About You
You'll be someone who
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has solid administration and computer skills
- Communicates confidently both in person and over the phone
- Enjoys delivering outstanding customer service
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Has experience using Microsoft Office, Google and business software
- Is confident using social media platforms for business purposes such as Instagram and Facebook
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team
Previous administration or reception experience is essential. Experience within the fitness, health or wellness industry is an advantage but not essential.
