Position Type: Ongoing, Full Time

Salary: $87,199 - $95,482 + Superannuation + Leave Loading

Your Role

Coordinate stock management, purchasing and supplier engagement to support essential operations. Using your organisational skills, you'll forecast demand, manage inventory, monitor costs, maintain accurate records and deliver reliable supply outcomes while upholding quality, safety and organisational standards. In addition, you will:

Provide a broad range of administrative, financial and purchasing support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch.

Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and other partner agencies.

Prepare, coordinate and distribute a variety of documents, reports and correspondence in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Be a key point of contact, responding to enquiries and connecting people with the right information and support.

Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems to ensure information is secure, accessible and up to date.

Process purchasing requests, accounts and routine financial transactions while maintaining compliance with agency requirements.

Assist with meetings, events, asset management and general office coordination.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and integrity.

Current driver’s licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.





Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain within set timeframe determined by CSNSW
