We're seeking an ERP Assistant to join our Planning Team on a temporary assignment of up to six months. This role offers flexibility in working hours, making it ideal for someone returning to the workforce, balancing other commitments, or looking for their next opportunity.
About the Role
As an ERP Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Planning Team by maintaining the accuracy of production and sales order information within SAP. You'll work closely with planners and production leaders to ensure production orders are completed accurately, schedules remain up to date, and data integrity is maintained. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, and ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete production orders within SAP following production completion.
- Review production orders and investigate transaction discrepancies.
- Assist with maintaining accurate production schedules in SAP.
- Support sales order scheduling and other planning activities.
- Liaise with Production Line Leaders regarding order status and outstanding actions.
- Identify and escalate SAP or planning issues where required.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Planning Team.

- Experience investigating data discrepancies or system errors.
