Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and adaptable Operations Administrator to join a busy Brisbane office. This hands-on position will suit someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
Providing reception coverage and front-of-house support Delivering administrative assistance to various teams across the business Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including internal distributions
Ordering and maintaining stationery, kitchen and office supplies Monitoring stock levels and coordinating stocktake Booking and coordinating couriers and deliveries
Scanning, photocopying, binding and collating documents Completing external errands and office support duties Liaising with building management regarding maintenance and facilities requirements
Assisting with meeting room preparation and event set-up Supporting the IT team with hardware setup and equipment maintenance Providing library and records management support
Managing electronic documentation and filing systems What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a polished and personable professional with a genuine passion for customer service.
You will demonstrate: Solid written and verbal communication skills A professional, friendly and approachable manner
Experience within a legal or professional services environment is highly regarded A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment Strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
