Student | Administration/Support/Service Part-time, term-time, continuing All Hallows’ School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls fromYears 5–12, seeks to appoint an Administrative Assistant StudentServices to join our community.

The Administrative Assistant Student

Services is a friendly andprofessional member of the administrative team who provideshigh-quality administrative support and contributes to awell-organised and welcoming school environment. Through theeffective management of day-to-day administrative functions, theprovision of accurate and timely information, and the professionalhandling of enquiries, this role plays a key part in supporting thesmooth operation and ongoing success of Student Services and thewider school community.

Key Responsibilities - Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocolsrelevant to student information and school operations,safeguarding sensitive data in compliance with privacyregulations - Develop and enhance file structures and record systemsfollowing established practices.

- Input and extract critical information from the school’sTASS database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance whiletroubleshooting any issues that may arise - Maintain student management system, TASS, to accuratelyrecord and report student late arrivals, absences, and otherattendance-related matters - Address enquiries from students, parents, and staffpromptly and professionally, resolving issues in accordancewith established routines, methods, and procedures. Coordinatemeetings between staff and students as needed, ensuring allparties are informed and accommodated effectively - Work closely with Heads of Department to support academicand administrative functions,



facilitating communication andcollaboration to enhance the educational experience - Collaborate effectively as part of a team, contributing tothe ongoing improvement of office services and workflows,fostering a positive work workplace that enhancesproductivity and service delivery Role Requirements - Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working withChildren Clearance (Blue Card).
- Have approval to work in Australia.
- Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualificationsor registrations required to perform the inherent functions ofthe role.
