Your impact We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator – Change Management System and Document Control to support the maintenance, accuracy, and effectiveness of our site CMS, engineering documentation, asset information, and procurement processes. You will also support cost tracking, reporting, and administrative activities to ensure accurate and auditable business records. As part of our team you will Administer CMS user access, permissions,
and system hierarchy Manage engineering and technical document control processes Maintain asset identifiers and associated technical records Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and system updates Process and administer purchase orders (SAP and Ariba) Support cost tracking, invoice reconciliation, and reporting Maintain electronic and hardcopy technical libraries Deliver training and develop user guides and system documentation Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements Identify continuous improvement opportunities across systems and processes Prerequisites for your success in the role Experience in document control, records management, and engineering documentation processes Experience supporting procurement administration, cost tracking, and financial reporting (including SAP and Ariba) Understanding of the full document lifecycle including numbering, metadata, revision control, and governance Ability to maintain accuracy and integrity of asset information and technical records within CMS or similar systems Exposure to Management of Change (MOC) processes and supporting system requirements Experience in procurement administration, including purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and cost tracking Working knowledge of SAP and Ariba (or similar ERP/procurement systems) Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Experience supporting reporting, budgeting, and financial administration activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Outlook) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy under deadlines Experience working in mining, construction, or multi-disciplinary technical environments (desirable) Capabilities You Bring Practical problem-solving approach with sound judgment and ability to follow structured processes Strong capability to manage multiple systems and datasets (CMS, SAP, Ariba, asset registers) Ability to maintain data integrity across engineering, asset,
and procurement information Confidence in supporting technical users and delivering system training and guidance Ability to develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and intranet resources Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements Strong analytical skills to reconcile data, track costs, and produce accurate reports Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, working across Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Self-awareness, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a site-based, high-demand environment Commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality, audit-ready outcomes Ability to support purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and cost reporting Understanding of system integration and data alignment across CMS, SAP, and Ariba Commitment to audit-ready documentation and governance compliance Ability to engage across engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations environments Your work environment This is a full-time, permanent opportunity at Newmont’s Boddington Gold Mine in Western Australia, working within a large-scale open pit operation on a 5:2 / 4:3 alternating roster.
Accommodation is provided in the Boddington village for the ideal candidate. You’ll join a supportive, site-based technical and operations team, gaining hands-on exposure to up-to-date mining systems, equipment, and autonomous haulage technologies, in an environment focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
