About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or intermediate administrator looking to build a career within financial services and superannuation administration.
Working within our Administration Division, you will support the administration of superannuation products and ensure members receive high-quality service in line with client and trustee requirements. The role focuses on processing administration activities, maintaining member records, handling communications, and supporting accurate and timely outcomes for members.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with administration, data entry,
or processing experience looking to enter the superannuation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process superannuation administration tasks accurately and within agreed service standards.
- Complete account maintenance, member updates, and payment processing activities.
- Review and verify administration transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and maintain member and pension accounts while updating records and databases.
- Investigate and resolve processing issues, escalating complex matters where required.
- Work collaboratively with administration teams and contact centre colleagues to deliver positive member outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with relevant superannuation legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and service delivery.
About You We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced processing environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous administration, processing, or data entry experience.
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to learn new systems, processes, and legislation.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience within financial services or superannuation administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
