ADMINISTRATOR A casual administer is sought for a job share position, that will become a permanent full- time position for the right candidate in January 2027.

This is a fixed office- based role, requiring an experienced, reliable and dedicated administrator, to become part of our busy office team. Financial literacy and bookkeeping experience are a must.

Rath and Co Trading are a SME enterprise supporting the food industry, in B2B dry food commodity supply.

The role

· Book keeping and data entry.

· Document checking and verification.

· Order checking and entry.

· Assist in financial administrative and operational tasks.

· Work as part of the administrative team, within the structural framework of the organisation, to strengthen office systems and workflows.

To be successful in the role you will have:

· Consolidated experience in an administrative role.





· Accounting or bookkeeping experience.

· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A robust attention to detail and mindset that favours continuous improvement.

· Ability to work unsupervised and proactively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,)

· Experience with SAP business 1 is an advantage.

· Experience working in multi-currency accounts.

· Multicultural intelligence and awareness.

· Confidence handling banking, credit control management, administrative and customer service functions.

General knowledge and experience in freight and distribution, including warehousing and inventory management are an advantage.
