About the role:

An opportunity exists for motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join Noosa Private Hospital as a casual After-Hours Nurse Manager. In this key after-hours leadership role, you will support both clinical and non-clinical teams, coordinate patient flow, ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, and oversee the operational management of staff and the facility. You will be supported by an on-call executive leadership team while playing a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and service.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Support and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care practices, processes, and services.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to uphold best practices.
- Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Clinical Managers to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with on-shift doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices.
- Report directly to the Director of Clinical Services, contributing to strategic goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective leader with the ability to motivate others. You will thrive in a quick-paced environment and be able to coordinate and motivate a large team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

You will also bring;

- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective role model in the area of clinical practice
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word,



Excel, and Outlook)
- Highly desirable - Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
