We are currently recruiting for experienced Team Leaders that are extremely familiar in the Warehousing & Distribution Industry that also possess substantial inbound experience.

Position Details:

- Temp to Perm Monday - Friday (with ADHOC weekend work during peak periods)

- PM Shift 3:00PM - 11PM (Flexibility is required to finish 12AM during peak periods)

- Team Leader for the Inbound Processing Team

- Salary package to be discussed upon Interview

Position Requirements:

- Lead and coordinate the daily receiving operations in the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate intake of goods.

- Adhere to and Promote all company policies and procedures including OH&S.;

- Team Leader of the Inbound team to ensure work is completed and people are used efficiently.

- Actively identify opportunities for process improvements





- Monitor and manage performance of Inbound Team.

- Supervise the receiving team to ensure all inbound shipments are accurately unloaded, checked, and recorded.

- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet daily receiving targets

- Rostering of the team

- Learn and use the internal warehouse managements systems including:
- WMS / SAP / Portal / C3 etc.

- Assist with training and development of team members
