AI-Native Software Developer

Our developers don’t spend their days typing code. AI agents draft the implementation, run the analysis, and raise the merge request. The developer’s job is to direct that work, catch what’s wrong with it, and own what ships. If that sounds like less engineering, you’ve misread it. It’s more.

What you’ll own:

- Features and fixes across TurnPoint; a mission-critical scheduling and logistics platform that care providers across Australia depend on every day.
- The full agentic loop; you direct AI agents through analysis, implementation, and review. You are the human in the loop, and the loop moves rapid.
- Quality; every line that ships is yours, whether you typed it or an agent did. ‘The AI wrote it’ has never been an excuse here and never will be.
- The tooling itself; our agent instructions, command libraries, and CI-integrated agents are built by the developers who use them. You’ll make them better.

The AI bit. And we mean it. This isn’t a buzzword in the JD. Our dev team completed 13.5 days of work in 3 using agentic AI: tested, deployed, production. That’s how we operate now.

Using AI workflows to drive development is not an optional attribute of this role. It’s a requirement. And so is genuinely understanding the code, because you can’t direct what you can’t judge. We’ll ask you to show us your workflow. ‘I use Copilot autocomplete’ is not an answer.
