Residential Gardens 106 resident aged care facility located in Rooty Hill and specialises in Residents who come from a Spanish Speaking Culturally and Linguistically background. The organisation actively purses continuous improvement and customer service and works very hard to maintain the best quality service for our Residents.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking passionate, experienced and person centred Assistant in Nursing who is required to assist in the provision of quality care services to residents within the facility in a professional efficient manner and demonstrate an empathetic attitude to the needs of residents.

You will ensure resident's safety, security, dignity, privacy and well-being at all times, actively contribute to the promotion of best practice in WH&S; and continuous quality improvement, and promote the culture and philosophies of Residential Gardens.

You must address the following Essential Criteria to be considered for an interview.

ESSENTIAL:

- Experience working within aged care




- Available weekdays and or weekends, including afternoon and night shifts.
- Certificate Level III or IV in Care Support Services or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or above.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Police Check clearance.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Good oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within WH&S; and a continuous improvement environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work within a multi-tasking, multi-skilled work workplace.
- Trustworthy, pleasant and outgoing demeanour.
- Reliable, flexible approach to rostering.
- Current Flu Vaccination

DESIRABLE:

- Bilingual – Spanish and English (Spanish Desirable)
