About the role

Washed Group Pty Ltd is seeking an All-rounder Car Wash Crew member to join our dynamic team at our Hope Island location. This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst contributing to delivering exceptional car wash services. As an All Rounder Crew Member, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our site, helping to ensure every customer receives a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Performing a variety of car wash tasks including exterior washing, drying, and detailing of vehicles
- Operating car wash equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all work areas
- Assisting with vehicle inspection and identifying any damage or issues
- Stocking and organising supplies and materials as needed
- Interacting professionally with customers and providing excellent service
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets and service quality standards
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and environmental regulations





About You While previous car wash experience is not required, we are looking for people who bring the right attitude and work ethic.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A current driver's licence
- Reliability and a solid sense of responsibility
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Good personal presentation
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions
- Common sense and the ability to take initiative

Our Operating Hours are:
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday – Saturday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
