As an Analyst or Associate, you will play a hands-on role in the execution of high profile M&A; mandates. Working closely with senior bankers, you will be responsible for financial modelling, valuation analysis and the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials. Associates will additionally take on greater ownership of workstreams, providing guidance to Analysts and playing a more active role in deal execution and client interaction.

Required skills & experience





Successful applicants will have existing experience (at Analyst or Associate level) working for an investment bank or boutique corporate advisor. Local experience across technology, infrastructure and digital infrastructure will be viewed favourably. Experience aside, we are looking for candidates with strong analytical rigour, a genuine interest in the sector, and the drive to work collaboratively within a talented and collegiate team.
