We are seeking a combined Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officer who be responsible for dealing with all AP & AR for a multi-franchise dealership in Caboolture. This is a full-time role crucial in maintaining the company's financial operations and ensuring timely payments and receipting to our suppliers and from our clients.

About the Role:

- Process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

- Processing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly payments. Raising and issuing customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.

- Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts. Following up outstanding invoices by phone and email.

- Managing customer account queries and resolving billing discrepancies.





- Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate supplier & customer records.

- Deliver accurate and timely month-end processes and reporting in accordance with company standards. Provide support to the finance team as needed

About You:

- Previous experience in AP & AR roles, motor vehicle industry experience beneficial but not essential.

- Proficiency in using Titan DMS and Microsoft Office suite preferable

- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Effective communication time management skills

- Ability to follow due process and procedures.
