Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation A growing Manly-based architecture studio is looking for a confident Architectural Project Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the detail, keeping things moving and working closely with a supportive group of architects who value clear communication, practical thinking and a low-ego approach.

What you’ll be doing

- Support project teams across documentation, coordination and delivery tasks




- Assist with DA, DD, CC/CD and construction-stage drawing packages
- Coordinate information between consultants, clients and internal teams
- Support Project Leaders with programme tracking and project administration
- Manage project correspondence, meeting notes and consultant updates
- Work across multiple projects at different stages of the lifecycle
- Help maintain documentation quality and project information flow

What you’ll need

- Relevant architectural qualification
- Strong Revit capability
- Experience producing DA, DD and CC/CD documentation
- Exposure to large scale projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project responsibilities
- Practical, organised approach with strong attention to detail
