Our services include the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs, and fabrication.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the allocation, tracking, maintenance, and administration of company assets and equipment, ensuring operational requirements are met while maintaining compliance and accurate asset records.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong logistics and asset coordination experience who enjoys working in a rapid-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the allocation, movement, tracking, and maintenance of company assets, equipment, and tooling.
- Process Internal Equipment Requisitions and maintain the Requisition Register.
- Ensure all asset requests have the required approvals before processing.
- Liaise with planners, project teams, workshop personnel, and warehouse staff to coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation requirements.
- Investigate the availability of existing company assets before recommending new purchases.
- Ensure asset requests are delivered in full and on time (DIFOT).
- Maintain accurate asset records across asset management systems including Hardcat, One-Key, Visage, or similar platforms.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, calibration, testing and tagging, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Track assets that are out of service, under repair, missing, damaged, or removed from service.
- Conduct asset audits and stocktakes to maintain system accuracy.




- Prepare reports to support operational planning, compliance, and management reporting.
- Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to maximise asset utilisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and system efficiencies.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Asset Coordination, Logistics Coordination, or a similar role.
- Previous experience within the mining, construction, heavy industry, or resources sector is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
