Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Asset Finance role based in Sydney, NSW.

The Asset

Finance professional will work closely with clients to assess their financing needs, structure suitable asset finance solutions, and manage end-to-end loan processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing and reviewing credit applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and settlements. The role involves explaining complex financial concepts in accessible terms, guiding clients through borrowing decisions, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.





The Asset

Finance professional will also contribute to improving internal processes, staying up to date with lending policies and market trends, and supporting the broader team in delivering client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong asset finance and lending knowledge, including experience with equipment, vehicle, and other secured finance products.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Comfort with in office client interactions, relationship management, and collaborative work within a small, client-focused team.
- Familiarity with broker or banking environments, loan processing systems, and regulatory requirements relevant to asset finance.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, client-centric service, and continuous learning in the financial services sector.
