Your current role

As the Asset Integrity Execution Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the safe and efficient execution of Asset Integrity remediation works. Working closely with engineering, maintenance, production and contractor teams, you will ensure remediation activities are effectively planned, scheduled and delivered in line with site standards and business requirements.

Key responsibilities include

- Collaborating with G&TS; to develop and maintain Asset Integrity remediation plans
- Supporting the development of remediation work packs, execution methodologies and resource plans
- Coordinating execution schedules to ensure remediation activities are ready for delivery
- Managing Asset Integrity remediation contractors and monitoring performance against safety, quality and productivity expectations
- Providing execution updates and tracking remediation progress against agreed schedules
- Coordinating work area handovers and return-to-service activities
- Managing scope changes, identifying execution risks and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring all HSE, quality and compliance requirements are adhered to throughout project execution




- Supporting the completion of compliance documentation and work order close-out activities
- Working closely with Maintenance, Production, Scheduling and Engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience managing maintenance, remediation or asset integrity projects within mining, processing, heavy industry or resources environments
- Strong understanding of project execution, contractor management and shutdown or maintenance planning activities
- Proven capability coordinating multiple stakeholders across operations, maintenance and engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and quality requirements within industrial environments
- Experience developing work packs, execution methodologies and resource plans
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, scope variations and execution challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience within CHPP, coal mining or processing operations will be highly regarded
