We're looking for an Asset Performance Lead to ensure every asset we own delivers the outcomes it was designed to achieve—not just on the day it's commissioned, but every day that follows.

Your job isn't to manage a portfolio. It's to make it perform.

You'll combine operational insight, engineering judgement and commercial thinking to maximise energy production, optimise battery performance, improve customer outcomes and continually raise the standard of our operating platform.

As our portfolio grows, you'll help define the systems, data and processes that enable us to operate at scale without compromising quality.

What you'll bring

You'll have experience managing operational assets in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or another asset-intensive industry.

You'll understand how operational excellence translates into commercial performance.

You'll be comfortable working across engineering, operations, finance and delivery teams to solve complex problems.

Experience with commercial solar, battery energy storage or distributed energy resources is valuable.

A background in electrical engineering and a good understanding of how solar and battery storage systems work is desirable.

What's more important is your ability to think critically, improve systems and relentlessly pursue better outcomes.
