Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director (2IC) to join our Baldivis service on a full-time, short-term contract. You will work alongside the Centre Director to lead daily operations, mentor educators and foster strong family relationships to maintain a high-quality learning workplace. You will support compliance with the NQF and National Regulations, contribute to curriculum planning, and have opportunities to step into the Centre Director role when needed.
