Goodstart Moulden – Temple Terrace is looking for an experienced early learning professional to join as Assistant Director.

Employment Details

Permanent full‑time position – Monday to Friday, rotating roster.

Pay: $44.39–$45.67 per hour plus superannuation.

Responsibilities - Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high‑quality early learning and care - Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team - Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence - Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Moulden Temple Terrace - 75 Place centre – 25 minutes from Darwin CBD and about 5 minutes from Palmerston Shopping Centre.

- Working with an experienced and knowledgeable Bachelor qualified Centre Director – to become leadership ready! Ongoing mentorship and professional development.
- Working on the floor in a float position, supporting the team.
