We are seeking a passionate, creative, and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Qualifications

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or a Diploma of Culinary Arts.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and development of seasonal and event menus.
- Produce high-quality dishes that meet both presentation and taste standards.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Oversee and support all kitchen stations during service.
- Assist the Executive Chef with planning, coordinating, and directing food preparation as required.




- Proactively resolve issues and maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Support the training, mentoring, and supervision of kitchen staff and kitchen hands.
- Assist with rostering, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as required.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative approach with colleagues and guests.
