Senior Assistant Manager

This role will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the licensed venue, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the staff and the management team.

The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate and manage a large operational team.




- Robust leadership and communication skills with all stakeholder groups
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Preferred knowledge of food, beverage, including managing POS, cost/margin analysis and stock control
- Understanding marketing, loyalty activities, financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge and the ability to manage all compliance requirements for licensed clubs
- Experience of developing and streamlining operational processes and systems
- Ability to plan, organize, communicate and execute
- Management experience in comparable sized hospitality operations, in particular licensed clubs and hotels with large volume food, beverage and gaming operations
