Molly Malones is a key venue located just across the road from Central Station and the light rail. It is a modernised hospitality site that benefits from high foot traffic and significant event uplift on big game days at the stadiums: · Multi level operation with two bars

· Sports bar viewing on all key events

· A fully renovated bistro with contemporary appeal

· Function and events spaces for all occasions

· Gaming facilities

? The Role As an Assistant Manager, your key focuses will include:

- Leading a medium sized team and ensuring they are consistently delivering a quality customer experience
- Setting the example for your team and driving a strong positive culture




- Maintaining cost controls as well as working with the team on sales-driving initiatives
- Overseeing all bar, gaming and food service whilst on shift.

Successful candidates will possess:

- A strong focus on maintaining and driving service standards whilst increasing growth and return visitation to the venue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on management style
- A customer focus, always aiming to provide exceptional customer service
- A solid background in all facets of hotel operations, including gaming, F&B;, functions & cellar areas
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong cash handling skills
- A desire to become a valued member of our family business and move forward in your career with future opportunities advertised internally first

? We’re Looking For Someone Who:

· Brings at least 1 years of pub management experience · Thrives in multi-format environments with multiple revenue streams

· Leads with energy, creativity, and a customer-first mindset

· Has a deep understanding of gaming, F&B;, and high-volume trade

· Is proactive with compliance, licensing and team wellbeing

· Loves being on the floor, building relationships and mentoring talent
