About the Role We are seeking experienced Assistant Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our culinary team. The role requires a commitment to continual improvement in service delivery and quality. Ongoing regular shifts with career progression opportunities are available.
Must be available for all shifts: Thursday and Friday 0600-1400 (relief cook), Saturday, Sunday and Monday 10:00-1800 (Assistant cook).
Qualifications Required - Certificate IV in Hospitality/Commercial Cookery (Assistant Cook) - A minimum of 6 months cooking experience as an Assistant Cook - Previous experience in a similar role would be desired - A strong passion for quality and leadership in aged care Must Haves - A robust passion for quality in aged care - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Hard working and flexible - Empathy with the aged - Honesty, respect and loyalty
