As an Assistant Store Manager at Sarah & Sebastian, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Manager and managing all aspects of the store. Your contribution will be key to ensuring outstanding client service through strong people management and the smooth execution of operational duties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO - Drive Sales: Responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective floor management, client engagement, and product knowledge.

- Operational Excellence: Support in maintaining the highest standards of retail and business procedures across the store.

- Team Development: Assist in leading, training, and coaching store teams to uphold service excellence and manage appointments effectively.

- Client Focus: Ensure exceptional client experiences by supporting the management of appointments, aftercare, repairs,



and handling escalations promptly.

ABOUT YOU

- The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail.
- 2 years experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in motivating and engaging teams.
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
