We're seeking an customer service focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Robina boutique and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

- Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team.

- Create a luxury retail experience that exceeds expectations.

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

- Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of store targets and business objectives.

- Deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that build loyalty and advocacy.

- Develop strong customer relationships and grow repeat business opportunities.

- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance and presentation standards.

- Help create a positive, high-energy culture where people love coming to work.

What you'll need:





- Previous retail leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.

- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Robust communication skills and the confidence to build genuine connections.

- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve performance.

- Luxury, jewellery or premium retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
