About the opportunity

I’m looking for an Associate Agent to join my growing team on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

Our business continues to grow through referrals, repeat clients and a constant stream of buyer and seller enquiries. We have a strong pipeline of opportunities that needs to be nurtured, serviced and converted.

Quite simply, there are now more opportunities than I can personally handle while maintaining the level of service our clients expect.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll work directly alongside me, becoming an integral part of a business that’s growing quickly and built on relationships, reputation and results.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be left to work it out on your own.

You’ll receive real mentoring, real responsibility and real experience from day one.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but you’ll be involved in almost every part of the business, including:

- Managing buyer enquiries and buyer inspections.
- Speaking with homeowners considering selling.




- Prospecting and building new relationships.
- Supporting listing campaigns from start to finish.
- Attending appraisals and client meetings.
- Following up buyers and vendors.
- Learning to negotiate at a high level.
- Managing our CRM and helping opportunities progress.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a genuine mix of sales, prospecting and organisation. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, building relationships and being part of a high-performing team, you’ll love this role.
