The JOB (Can you step up to the challenge?)

- Manage a portfolio of clients across accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
- Review financial statements, tax returns and advisory work completed by the team.
- Mentor, coach and provide technical support to junior and intermediate accountants.
- Coordinate workflow, ensuring deadlines and productivity targets are met.
- Support business development through networking and referral opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards while fostering a collaborative, high performing team culture.

- Strong technical knowledge across business services, taxation and advisory.




- Proven experience managing client relationships and providing trusted commercial advice.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring and developing accountants.
