Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and review advanced atmospheric and environmental science problems grounded in real-world relevance
Apply your expertise in climate modeling, ecology, atmospheric dynamics, or sustainability to design rigorous, complex problem statements
Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and scientific integrity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to push the boundaries of AI reasoning in your field
Ensure scientific rigor, clarity,
and precision across all deliverables Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Climate Science, or a closely related field
Proficient in Python or R for research, data analysis, or scientific modeling
Deep expertise in one or more of: climate modeling, atmospheric physics, ecology, or sustainability science
Exceptional written communicator — you can translate complex science into clear, precise language
Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Background in scientific writing, peer review, or curriculum development
Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation
