Koguma Garage is looking for an experienced qualified Automotive Spray Painter to join our growing team.

We aren't your average repair shop. We specialise in high-end custom paint and bodywork. Our work includes full vehicle resprays, custom paint, colour changes, chrome blackouts, body kit fitment, wheel refinishing, engine bays, and high-end paint correction projects.

If you're looking to step away from insurance smash repairs and work on exciting custom and performance vehicles where quality comes before quantity, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who is passionate about their trade, takes pride in exceptional workmanship and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values craftsmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Producing flawless paint finishes on high-end vehicles.

- Colour matching and blending

- Managing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality.

- Identifying defects before vehicles leave the workshop.

- Working closely with management to meet project deadlines.





- Leading by example and helping maintain workshop standards.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Is a fully qualified Automotive Spray Painter

- Takes pride in producing high-quality work

- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Can work independently and efficiently

- Works well as part of a team

- Has great attention to detail
