IMB Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Nowra team, delivering great service to customers across banking and insurance needs. The role includes part-time hours on Wednesdays 9am-3.45pm, Thursdays 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, with a casual prospect in Vincentia/Nowra, and a supportive training program. You will handle customer conversations across face-to-face, phone and online channels, balance cash, use MS Office, and work with the Branch Manager to achieve team goals
