We’re seeking dynamic Bar & Gaming Attendants at Club Parkview to join our vibrant venue in Goodna, Ipswich. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve beverages and snacks to customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming machine regulations and responsible gambling guidelines
- Monitor gaming areas to provide support and assistance to patrons when needed
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in both bar and gaming areas
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
certification as well as Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
- Previous experience in hospitality, or gaming setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team setting
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
