Looking for a hospitality management role that offers genuine work-life balance?
The Toowoomba Turf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Bar Manager to join our Hospitality Team at Clifford Park Racecourse.
Unlike traditional hospitality venues, this role offers predominantly daytime hours with no split shifts and a predictable roster. While race meetings, feature race days and functions will require evening and weekend work, the majority of your week will be spent working standard business hours alongside a supportive and experienced management team.
If you love hospitality but are looking to step away from the demands of pubs, clubs or restaurants operating seven days and late into the night, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
