Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Morningside, Queensland. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of service and quality, ensuring that every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Oversee the settings and maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Barista experience
- Experience in front of house roles
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Good time management skills
