The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into an opening team, helping bring a newly transformed venue to life.

You’ll be part of setting the tone — the service style, the team culture, and the experience guests will come back for.

We have casual, part-time, and full-time roles available, with opportunities to grow as the venue and group continue to expand.

Successful candidates must be available to commence within 1 month.

The Venue

Set along Newcastle’s iconic coastline, Eddie’s combines a relaxed beachside atmosphere with high-quality food, coffee, and service.

The Role

As a Waiter or Barista,



you’ll be front and centre of the guest experience.

- Deliver friendly, confident, and efficient service

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee (Baristas)

- Take orders, run food, and manage sections (Waiters)

- Maintain presentation and cleanliness across the venue

- Work as part of a tight, supportive team during busy service

- Bring energy and personality to every shift

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a café or hospitality environment

- Minimum of 6 months hospitality experience required

- Strong barista skills (for Barista roles)

- Minimum 1 year barista experience required for Baristas
- A genuine passion for customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

- Positive attitude and strong team mindset

- Reliability and professionalism

- Availability across weekdays and weekends

- Must be available to work both weekend days
