Full-Time Barista – Time After Time Bakery Café

Time After Time is looking for a full-time barista to join our growing team in Melbourne CBD.

We are a bakery café that opened this year and have quickly built a loyal following through quality products, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail. Operated by the team behind one of Melbourne CBD's successful restaurants, we have established systems while continuing to grow and improve every day.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality. Someone who smiles naturally, enjoys talking to customers, takes pride in making consistently great coffee, and wants to be part of a team that cares about the little details.

This is a fast-paced café, so previous experience in a busy workplace is essential. You'll need to be confident working under pressure while maintaining quality and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

What we're looking for

- Previous barista experience in a busy café

- Ability to dial in espresso and maintain consistency throughout service

- Friendly, positive and reliable personality

- Strong communication and teamwork skills





- Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends

We believe technical skills can always be improved, but attitude, hospitality, and work ethic are much harder to teach.
