Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Operations.
- Manage Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI/CI/RTDM, and Qlik platforms.
- Ensure data availability, pipeline reliability, SLA compliance, and data quality.
- Drive incident, problem, change, and release management for production environments.
- Monitor ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, Glue pipelines, reporting, and campaign processes.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), performance optimization, automation, and continuous operational improvements.




- Manage onshore/offshore support teams and vendor relationships.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Data Operations, or Cloud Data Platforms.
- Solid expertise in Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, and Qlik.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Production Support.
- Strong knowledge of SLA management, incident management, problem management, and operational governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills.
