Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Operations.
- Manage Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI/CI/RTDM, and Qlik platforms.
- Ensure data availability, pipeline reliability, SLA adherence, and data quality.
- Drive incident, problem, change, and release management for production environments.
- Monitor ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, Glue pipelines, reporting, and campaign processes.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead RCA, performance optimization, automation, and operational improvements.




- Manage onshore/offshore support teams and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

- 10+ years in BI, Data Warehousing, Data Operations, or Cloud Data Platforms.
- Solid experience with Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, and Qlik .
- Hands-on knowledge of ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Production Support.
- Experience with SLA management, incident management, and operational governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
