We provide air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and transport solutions to customers throughout Australia and around the world.

Due to recent business developments and significant growth opportunities, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Billing & Accounts Officer to support the next stage of our growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer billing and invoicing

- Processing and payment of creditor invoices

- Overseas agent account reconciliations

- Reviewing shipment files to ensure all costs and revenue are accurately captured

- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies

- Liaising with overseas agents, suppliers, customers, and internal departments

- Maintaining financial integrity within CargoWise

- Assisting with month-end reporting and accounting processes

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in the freight forwarding industry

- Proficient in CargoWise One (essential)

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Switched on, proactive, and able to think ahead





- Strong with numbers and account reconciliations

- Able to identify errors, omissions, and discrepancies quickly

- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- A reliable team player who takes ownership of their work

Essential Requirements

- Previous freight forwarding experience

- Strong CargoWise One knowledge

- Experience in customer billing and creditor accounts

- Experience reconciling overseas agent accounts

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
