Biology Specialist (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training About The Role What if your years of graduate-level biology training could directly shape how AI reasons about genetics, biotechnology, and the life sciences — for millions of people worldwide? We're looking for Biology Specialists with advanced degrees to tackle complex scientific problems that push the boundaries of what AI can understand and explain. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers, scientists, and domain experts who want to apply their expertise beyond the lab.

No prior AI experience needed — just deep biological knowledge and a passion for rigorous scientific thinking.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance

Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem sets

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI model reasoning in the life sciences

Evaluate the scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity of AI-generated biological content

Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision





Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field

Deep subject-matter expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics

Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis

Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science with clarity and precision

Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to scientific problems

Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or scientific review workflows

Background in computational biology, genomics, or wet lab research

Experience translating technical concepts for interdisciplinary audiences
