Red Arrow Australia - Connecting Opportunity with Talent

We are currently recruiting for experienced, proactive and safety conscious Blast Hole Drillers for our Tier 1 client located in the Pilbara. 6 Month contract with possibility of extension.

This role involves operating D65 & PV271 drill rigs for both production and contour shots, managing drill consumables, and operating drill support vehicles as required.

About the role:

- FIFO ONLY FROM PERTH

- Paid Weekly

- 2:1 Roster

- 12 Hour Shifts

- Operate D65 & PV271 Drill Rigs

- Drilling on both production and contour shots

- Hole diameter ranging from 89mm to 229mm

- Report to the Drill Supervisor

- Operate drill support rigs as required

- Drill autonomy - drill tech / drill control - advantageous

- Manage and change out drill consumables as needed

- Robust problem solving skills

- Computer savvy / proficient with digital systems

- Ability to drill out patterns

- Consistently produce quality drill holes

- Strong understanding of task prioritisation

Must have current experience operating the following:

- Atlas Copco / Epiroc D65 Drill Rig

- Operating Pit Viper 271

- Working with Autonomous Drills

- Production and Contour Drilling

To be successful for this role, you must have:

- Driver's License - C Class

- White Card (Construction Card)





- Experience operating drill rigs in a mining environment

- Strong attitude towards health and safety

If you are successful for this position you will need to provide a current national police clearance and pass a full medical.

Must have full rights to work in Australia.
