Capsule Production & Blending Operators | Day Shift | Yatala
AWX is partnering with a leading supplement manufacturer in Yatala, renowned for producing premium health and nutrition products. Due to continued growth, we're seeking Production Operators to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.
If you have experience in food production, or pharmaceuticals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Available Positions:
- Encapsulation Operator - Operating capsule filling machinery
- Blending Operator - Mixing and blending protein and vitamin powders to batch specifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate encapsulation and/or blending equipment safely and efficiently
- Mix and batch powdered products according to production specifications
- Follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace

- Day shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- $36-$40 per hour,
depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in food, pharmaceuticals or a similar production environment
- Experience with machine operation, blending, batching, or encapsulation is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working with powders and performing manual handling tasks
- Able to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team
