We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused team member to join our Bundaberg store. Whether you already have piercing experience or are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining customer service, retail sales, and professional body piercing. Full training will be provided to the right applicant.

Your day may include

- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Performing professional body piercings (training provided if required).
- Helping customers choose jewellery and aftercare products.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining exceptional infection control and hygiene standards.
- Processing sales and bookings.
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented.




- Working independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Creating a fun and positive experience for every customer.

- Previous retail, beauty, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.
